5 exercises of 15 minutes will give an attractive body shape
Let me say at the beginning, you will definitely become attractive by doing 5 exercises of 15 minutes, but never in 15 minutes a day; If you want to stay fit, you must always exercise. But only jogging or morning walk will reduce your weight ; It will not help to give your body shape. If you want to get your body in shape, start with the exercises in this article.

5 exercises of 15 minutes will give an attractive body shape

1. Bar-based slim down
🔹At the beginning of the exercise stand on something solid (as shown) that won't wobble/move out of place. 

🔹Now standing straight, bend the right leg and place it along the knee of the left leg and keep counting up to 1-20 as the right leg goes up and down to the knee of the left leg. 

🔹Repeat with the other leg. 

🔹This exercise will reduce your waist and thigh fat by 3 inches per month.

2. Arm and Chest Sculptor
🔹Lie on your back at the beginning of the exercise.

🔹Now slowly lift from the head to the knees with the weight on the hands. 

🔹Then lift both legs (as per picture). Note that the weight of the entire body will be on the hands and knees. 

🔹Now slowly do up and down 20 times. But the legs will remain upright. 

🔹Keep the body straight from head to knees during the exercise.

3. Thai Streamliner
🔹Hold on to something solid and stand up straight. 

🔹Then slowly make a half bend from the waist to the knees. Do not bend completely. 

🔹Keep going up and down in this position 40 times. 

🔹While doing this exercise, keep straight from the waist to the head.

4. Waste Trimmer 
🔹Kneel first for this exercise. 

🔹Then keep the right hand straight on the floor and the left hand on the waist or side. 

🔹Now take the left leg back slowly and keep it at a 90 degree angle.

🔹Now slowly lift the leg off the floor and lower it 20 times. 

🔹Do the same from the right side.

5. And flattener
🔹First, lie down tall.

🔹Then just raise the right leg. 

🔹Now slowly bend the remaining part from the knee and try to grasp the knee with both hands.

🔹Press your right leg towards your head in a grip position and at the same time lift your head and try to touch your knee. But the left leg will remain absolutely same.

🔹Do this 30 times. Do this 30 times by holding the left leg as well. 

Note that you should not try to touch the knee with your head the first time. Do as much as you can. This exercise will help you lose belly fat.
