All of us are very active in losing excess body weight . The best way to lose weight is to lose weight slowly and in a healthy way. Having said that GM diet plan for weight loss is not suitable for everyone. However, this diet plan will be very useful for those who are struggling with excess weight and have a big event or wedding program ahead. So without further delay let's know how to follow this 7 days GM diet plan.

Day 1

Day 1 is the most important day of your diet plan. The first day is a fruit only day. Eat as much fruit as you like at any time throughout the day . But except for one fruit, and that is banana. You can eat any fruit except banana on the first day. Eat more watermelons and cantaloupes in particular . This will keep the stomach full for a long time. And drink at least 8-12 glasses of water. But keep one thing in mind, if you really want to make this plan work, don't eat anything other than fruit and make sure the stomach is never empty. Eat fruits whenever you feel hungry and don't forget to drink water.


Day 2

As you ate only fruits on the 1st day, on the 2nd day you will eat only vegetables. You can eat any vegetable you like raw or cooked. But definitely do not use oil while cooking. Using oil in vegetables will defeat the purpose of losing weight. So eat it half boiled or cooked as per your choice without using oil. Among the vegetables you can eat carrots, broccoli, cabbage, cucumber, lettuce, beans etc. But if you want to include potatoes in your food list, eat them in the morning instead of at any other time of the day. Because if you eat boiled potatoes in the morning, the amount of carbohydrates in the potatoes will be burned in various activities throughout the day and fat will not accumulate. Eat as many vegetables as you want throughout the day and don't forget to drink 8-12 glasses of water. And to eat so many vegetables throughout the day, you may need to go to the toilet more on this day than on other days. But this will clean the digestive system.


Day 3

Day 3 of the diet plan is a vegetable and fruit day. On this day you can eat any vegetable and fruit to your heart's content. But leave out bananas and potatoes from the list of food for this day. Eat fruits or vegetables whenever you feel hungry, and drink 8-12 glasses of water throughout the day.


Day 4

On this day only banana and milk will be the food for the whole day. Nothing can be eaten except bananas and milk. But this day is an exception, you cannot eat as you wish. Do not eat more than 8-10 bananas and 3 glasses of milk throughout the day. Many may be thinking that this day may be hungry. That idea is wrong, at the end of the day you will find yourself spending the whole day on this meal. But for him, this limited banana and milk should be properly divided according to how much to eat at any time of the day. Have a banana and a glass of milk for breakfast and two more bananas before noon or around 11-12 am. Have a glass of milk and 2 bananas in the afternoon. And in the afternoon you can eat 2-3 bananas as needed for breakfast. And have the remaining glass of milk and two bananas at night. If you share milk and banana according to this rule, you will not feel hungry at all throughout the day.


Day 5

You can eat rice at noon for the first time in this day's diet. But only rice and not more than one cup. And the 5th day of this diet should be passed by eating 6-7 large size tomatoes throughout the day. However, on this day, there is a high possibility that the amount of uric acid in the body will increase, so you must drink at least 12-15 glasses of water.


Day 6

On this 6th day of the diet, the vegetable diet should be done again. You can eat as many vegetables as you want throughout the day, but do not cook them with oil. And you can eat a cup of rice with vegetables in the afternoon. Do not forget to drink 8-12 glasses of water a day.


Day 7

On this last day of the diet plan you can eat any vegetable throughout the day and a cup of rice at noon. But the bonus on this day is that you can have any fruit juice of your choice with it . Eat more juice of these fruits, especially grape, watermelon, orange.


At the end of 7 days, your body weight will be reduced by at least 4-5 kg, at the same time, your face will also glow for eating nutritious food such as vegetables, fruits. And following this diet plan will also improve your digestive system. But keep one thing in mind, do not follow this diet for more than 7 days continuously, if necessary you can start again with a gap of 15 or 20 days.
