2. Avoid eating whole foods
With hunger in the stomach, one should never skip food. It can cause physical weakness. Healthy food should be eaten three times a day and must be eaten in moderation.
3. Avoid skipping meals
Many people skip breakfast or dinner to lose weight , which is a misconception. Skipping breakfast leads to weight gain and diseases like gastric and acidity can occur on an empty stomach. Skipping three meals a day is one of the reasons for weight gain.
4. Avoid eating extra food after exercise
Post exercise is naturally more hungry, but never eat fast food or overeat after exercise. It makes you gain weight.
5. Avoid extra exercise
Many people over-exercise to lose weight quickly, this is not right. Excessive exercise damages your muscles, and can make you sick. The level of exercise should be tolerable and the level should be increased.

9. Do not drink less water
Water helps to digest food, drinking at least 1 liter of water a day , 2 kg weight loss in a year. Drinking less water is absolutely not right. So drink moderate amount of water every day.
10. Avoid crash diet
Say no to crash diets. A crash diet results in very rapid weight loss and leaves many important foods out of your diet. It is harmful to health. After losing weight too quickly,going off a crash diet can cause you to gain twice as much weight again.
