Many of us often gain weight suddenly. Maybe because of not being able to do regular exercise due to continuous days of feasting or vacation or due to work pressure, the weight has increased by several kilograms. 🔸After waking up :- 1 cup of lemon tea + 2 biscuits (veg crackers, not sweet or creamy biscuits) – 90 calories


🔸Breakfast :- 2 boiled eggs + 2 slices of brown bread (290 calories) / scrambled egg + 1 slice of brown bread + half cup of matcha (310 calories)


🔸11 A.M – 12 P. M :- 1 banana / 15-20 grapes (50 calories)


🔸Lunch :- Brown rice 1 cup + chicken 100 g (without broth) + 1/2 cup mixed vegetables + salad 1 bowl (360 calories)


🔸Evening :- 1 cup of buttermilk 35 calories


🔸Dinner :- One red flour bread + one piece of fish (50g) + half a cup of dal + one small bowl of raita (380 calories)


One thing needs to be said here, since you are on a diet to lose weight, you should not put too much oil or salt in pulses, vegetables or eggs. Not as much as you don't give, but give exactly as much. While eating, you can add lemon juice, coriander leaves, pepper powder to increase the taste.


This 1200 calorie diet plan is very effective in losing weight, do not do any strenuous exercise. Actually there is no need. But it is important to follow a healthy lifestyle after losing weight, otherwise the weight will return to the previous place.
