Ways to lose weight and regain body shape

Weight loss is caused by the loss of excess subcutaneous fat in various parts of the body such as arms, legs, neck, chin and abs. As a result, even after losing weight, the body does not regain its proper shape. Let's know how to tighten sagging skin.


Arm exercises

When you lose weight, the skin on your arms becomes smoother. The skin sags and looks ugly. Overhead stretches can be done to fix this sagging skin . This exercise helps in shaping the arms by correcting sagging skin. Let's learn how to do the overhead stretch.


1. First, sit straight in a narrow position and hold dumbbells in both hands .


2. Now take 2 hands forward and face forward with palms.


3. Now slowly lift the dumbbells straight up so that the dumbbells are above your head.


4. Bend your elbows and place your hands behind your ears .  


5. Hold this for 5 to 10 seconds and then slowly release.


6. You can do this 10-12 times a day. If you do this exercise regularly, the sagging skin of your arms will regain its proper shape.


Leg exercises

Fat loss mostly affects the inner thighs. The excess fat under the skin of the thighs decreases and the skin sags. There are several exercises that can help tone your thigh muscles.


1. First lie on your elbows.


2. Now straighten your left leg and place your right leg in front of your left leg at a 90-degree angle.


3. Now, keep your left leg straight and slowly lift it up until you feel a slight stretch in your inner thigh.


4. Stay like this for 5 seconds and then come back to the previous position.


5. Do this 10 times and then switch to your left leg. If your inner thigh skin is too loose, you can do this exercise four times a week.


Neck and chin exercises

No one likes excess neck and chin fat. Even after losing weight, sometimes the excess fat on the neck and chin does not go away. Then it looks worse. So today we are going to show you some effective exercises that can help you get rid of double chin and extra neck fat and the most effective way to get rid of it regularly. Do these 7 exercises regularly to get rid of it in 30 days!


1. First stand straight and tilt your head back and look at the ceiling.


2. Care should be taken not to put too much tension on the neck.


3. Now open and close your mouth, slowly touching your teeth together.


4. Notice that you feel some tension in your chin muscles.


5. Repeat this exercise 5 to 10 times a day to see effective results.


Abs exercises

After losing weight, the abs, the stomach area, sags the most. Body shape is not the same after losing weight. Now let's show you some effective exercises with the help of which the sagging skin of the abs will get back the right shape.


1. First, lie on your back with your knees bent at a 90-degree angle.


2. Now place your hands behind your head without bending your neck.


3. Now slowly lift your head up once and then leave it on the floor for some time.


4. Hold this for five seconds and then return to your previous position.


5. You can do this exercise 10 to 20 times daily for better results.
