Place, Date :- The annual prize giving ceremony of our school held on ( Date ) at the school premises with a glittering grandeur . The ceremony started at ( Time). (  Name of the head of the institution) , the head of the institute took the chair, ( Name of a guest ) was the chief guest , ( Name of a special guest) M.P. of ______Lok Sabha, was the special guest. There were many other distinguished persons of the locality. At first, the guest were garlanded one by one by the senior students amongst loud applause. The N.C.C. students of the school gave them a guard of honour. The opening song was sung by a group of girls and boys. The guests delivered their speeches. There after the Headmaster also gave his valuable speech on the performances of his students in different examinations. A very short cultural programme followed it. Then the highest scorer in the final examination were awarded giving prizes to them by the chief guest with clappings of all present in the ceremony. The ceremony was over at ( Time ) .
