Report writing on Trekking camp of NCC students

Place, Month date :- Forty five students of (Name of your school) NCC unit guided by (Name of your programme officer), Programme Officer went on a ten-day trekking camp to Forests of (Name of the place you have selected to go) summer holidays. The students set out from school campus of (Starting date of your journey) in a specially arranged bus. The students went up to (Name of the forest) in the bus. Everyone started walking from there with the essential things packed in hold-all. Everyone reached the wild areas of the forest of (Name of the forest) by evening. The studends raised their tent in convenient places near to (Name of a nearest place of the location). After that preparing dinner, dined in the moonlight and had a comfortable sleep. For the next 8 days the students trekked around the near by hills. It was a wonderful outdoor experience for the students. Everybody returned to campus safely on (Returning date).
